You can update your domain's nameservers from the client area at ca.netracom.au on the domain management page. Nameserver changes usually take effect within a few hours, though DNS can take up to 24-48 hours to propagate globally.

Yes. You can transfer domains (including .au) and migrate existing websites to Netracom. Open a ticket at ca.netracom.au/tickets/new and our team will help move your services across with minimal downtime.

Yes. We register and manage .au domains in line with auDA requirements - including current ABN or ACN eligibility for renewals - alongside a wide range of global top-level domains.
